To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met. These conditions exist to ensure fairness for all our customers and to maintain the authenticity of products we re-sell.

How to cancel: Log into your account β My Orders β Cancel, or WhatsApp us your Order ID and "CANCEL" within the eligible window. Cancellations for dispatched orders are not possible β please refuse delivery instead and we'll process your refund after the item is returned to us.
