Order Processing & Dispatch

We know the excitement of ordering a toy for your child โ€” and we don't make you wait. Here's exactly how your order moves from our warehouse to your door:

You'll receive an instant email and SMS confirmation with your order ID. Our team is notified and begins processing within minutes of your payment clearing.

Quality Check & Packing
Our warehouse team inspects every item โ€” checking for seal integrity, completeness, and packaging quality before it leaves our facility. We never rush this step.

Dispatch (within 24 hours)
For orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days, your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, you'll receive your courier tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order 24/7 through the courier's website or WhatsApp us your order ID for an instant update.

Delivered to Your Doorstep
Our courier partner will deliver to your registered address. In most cases, delivery is attempted up to 3 times before the package is returned to us.

Failed & Undelivered Orders

Occasionally, deliveries fail due to reasons beyond our control. Here's our clear process for handling these situations:

First Delivery Attempt
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your registered address. If you're unavailable, they will leave an attempted delivery notice.

2nd & 3rd Attempt
The courier will reattempt delivery up to 2 more times over the following 2 business days. You'll receive an SMS before each attempt.

Return to Origin (RTO)
If all 3 attempts fail, the package will be returned to our Amritsar warehouse. ToyVerse will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or process a refund (minus re-shipping costs if the failure was address-related).

Important: Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at the time of order. ToyVerse is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Re-delivery for customer-fault RTO orders may incur a โ‚น99โ€“โ‚น149 re-shipping fee.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and before dispatch. We cannot change the address once the order has been picked up by our courier partner.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

While we pack every order with extreme care and work with reliable courier partners, damage or loss during transit โ€” though rare โ€” can occasionally occur. Here's our promise to you if it does:

What to do if your order arrives damaged:

What to do if your order is lost (tracking stuck / not delivered):

  • โณ If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please contact us immediately.
  • ๐Ÿ” We will open a courier investigation, which typically takes 3โ€“5 business days.
  • โœ… If the order is confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no charge or issue a 100% refund.

Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp shown in tracking. Claims raised after 48 hours may be subject to assessment. For lost orders, claims must be raised within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your pin code and the best available service at the time of dispatch. You cannot choose a specific courier, but rest assured โ€” we only use trusted, trackable services.

Currently, ToyVerse does not ship to:

  • โŒ P.O. Box addresses
  • โŒ Military / Defence forwarding addresses (APO/FPO)
  • โŒ Certain remote pin codes not serviceable by any of our courier partners
